誤打誤撞的泰式風味、南美風情海鮮沙拉。
本來只是想做泰式蝦沙拉(畢竟蝦都煮熟了)。哪知加了檸檬汁、皮絲和兩顆熟透蕃茄後,生了好多汁液出來,看起來、吃起來都像南美ceviche沙拉,清爽利口又開胃,好吃!看來魚露裡的鮮味可取代一些ceviche裡的海鮮哦!
Thai-flavored "Ceviche."
I know. I got it all mixed up. My intention was to make Thai style salad (the shrimp was cooked, after all). After the citrus juice, zest, and 2 very ripe tomatoes, it released way more juice than I expected, and it tasted just like ceviche: Refreshing, cooling, and very yummy. Looks like the umami taste from fish sauce can replace some fresh seafood in ceviche. Nice discovery!
